What are your service hours?
We are open from Monday through Friday - 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
Which payment methods are accepted for service?
We accept payment by check for onsite visits as well as all major credit cards.
Payments for Remote Support must be made via credit card on our site.
What is the ETA on new service calls?
We offer an ETA of 2 hours arrival time for onsite calls and 10 minutes respond time for Remote Support calls.
Is the Remote Support product a flat fee?
Yes! It is a flat fee of $89 per call. Whether it takes 1 hour or 6 hours.
What exactly happens after ordering?
For Remote Support calls a download link will be provided and a chat message box will be displayed. Send us a chat and we will take care of the rest!
For onsite calls a NuAge PC representative will contact you to schedule a visit.
